His team has handled one of the largest group claims of its kind against a large UK based Tour Operator, involving almost 1,000 Claimants and involving a total settlement of over £3 million. Phil's team has also acted for a young girl who faces devastating future consequences, including loss of kidney, following the contraction of e-coli 0157 abroad. This claim settled for a record level of damages for a case of this type.

The team acts for a number of individuals who have contracted serious injuries in accidents abroad, whilst on holiday or at work. These claims involve, for example, clients who have had road traffic accidents, accidents at a hotel, aircraft accidents, coach crashes or accidents at sea. Some of these claims are worth over £1 million.
