Basis of claim
To take skiing as an example, the International Ski Federation Rules govern the conduct of skiers at ski resorts. We can advise you and obtain expert opinions from ski experts on whether you may have a claim.
Where you can bring your claim
It may be possible, depending upon the circumstances to bring a claim against the tour operator in England (if e.g. the ski pass was part of your package purchased in the UK). You may however, have a choice of where to bring your claim. It is very important that you choose the most appropriate one for you as it could make a significant difference to the amount of compensation you could recover and whether you can recover any legal costs.
