Norwegian Cruise Line 2011
The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after learning reports of an illness outbreak amongst guests staying on board a Norwegian Cruise Line ship.
Irwin Mitchell currently acts on behalf of a number of clients who holidayed on board the Norwegian 3 cruise liner in 2011, the Norwegian Jade cruise liner in 2010 and the Norwegian Jewel in 2008.
Irwin Mitchell have also acted for numerous clients who have fallen ill with gastric illness on Norwegian Cruise Line vessels in the past and it is possible that the illnesses experienced by holidaymakers were due to a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures, as well as a failure to prevent and maintain the spread of illness amongst passengers.
If you have been affected by gastric illness following a stay on this vessel, you may be able to pursue a claim for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
