Tariffs are normally used by the courts to calculate compensation, taking into account the severity of the injury and the particular circumstances of each individual case. Time Limit

NOTE!! The time limit for bringing a claim in Spain is normally only 1 year from the date of the accident (or from the conclusion of criminal proceedings or when a Claimant’s injuries have stabilised).
