Passengers had to make an emergency evacuation when a plane overshot the runway on take-off in Mali in April 2007.
Holiday Claims Accident
All of the passengers were forced to exit out of a single, over-wing emergency exit. The passengers had to walk along the wing before jumping to the ground in total darkness, as there were no lights to help them see or slides to assist their descent. As a result many passengers were injured.
We are acting for one of the passengers, Mr. Balusa (45) of Brent, London, who sustained serious injuries to his shoulder and hip in the accident, in bringing a claim against Air Morocco, the carrier.
