Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by a British woman who was injured on board a coach whilst on holiday in Switzerland.
Our client was sitting on the back seat of the coach with her leg elevated. When the coach suddenly braked, her leg hit some boxes stored in the footwell of the seats.
The Claimant suffered an injury to her leg and has been left with a permanent scar as a result.
Irwin Mitchell obtained medical evidence for the Claimant to support her claim and wrote to both the motor insurers and public liability insurers of the coach company. Irwin Mitchell have now entered into settlement negotiations with the coach company’s motor insurers.
