We have been instructed by Andrew Hardman to recover damages for personal injuries and financial loss sustained by him when he was a passenger on a coach involved in a road traffic accident in Belgium on 10 June 2007.
Holiday Accident Claim
Mr Hardman was the co-driver of the coach but, at the time of the accident, his colleague was driving. The accident occurred when the coach was approaching a village near Ostend. The driver of the coach swerved to avoid a collision with another vehicle and, in doing so, hit the side of a house. As a result of the accident Mr Hardman had to have his left arm amputated above the elbow and he will never be able to drive a coach again.
We are making enquiries with the Belgian police to ascertain who was to blame for the accident.
