We are currently acting for a group of thirty one passengers who were injured and the relatives of a passenger who sadly died in a coach accident in Germany, February 2005.
Holiday Accident Claim
The party of British tourists were being driven to their holiday destination, Mayrhofen, Kirchdorf, Austria, when the driver lost control of the coach on the Federal Motorway 6, near Gruenstadt, Germany. The coach crashed into the central barrier of the motorway and toppled onto its left hand side. It skidded along the road before coming to rest on the wrong side of the carriageway.
Many passengers were seriously injured. A claim has been brought against the tour operator, Cantabrica, who have admitted liability for the accident. We have obtained interim payments and several cases have settled following negotiations with the tour operator’s insurers. Negotiations are continuing in respect of the twenty three remaining cases.
