Three British Muslims died and twenty six more were injured when the coach in which they were passengers overturned on the Madiana Road to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, December 2006. The passengers were on the holy Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca.

Holiday Accident Claim

We are currently acting for twenty two clients including children and the estate of one of the deceased.

The coach overturned after the driver fell asleep at the wheel and lost control. The driver is being prosecuted by the Saudi Arabia authorities.
