A British lady was injured as the result of a coach crash in Miami, Florida in the USA.
The lady, aged 50, sustained head and neck injuries when the coach that her husband and herself were travelling in crashed whilst they were on a day trip booked through the trip organiser Viator. The trip was organised as an extra day out before flying home following a cruise her and her husband had just returned from. It is alleged that the the driver was driving erratically and was also busy using his mobile phone to send text messages and taking incoming calls and did not notice that the traffic in front of him had come to a halt. He drove into the rear of the vehicle in front which was pushed into another vehicle.
