There have been complaints from guests which suggest that there may have been a breakdown in health and hygiene standards, including that food was frequently served cold and was also served uncovered. The establishment was said to be in a state of disrepair, and there was not enough heating provided to guests for the duration of their stay.
The chalet staff were alleged to have passed the illness of as ‘winter fever’. Our clients say that they sought assistance from their tour rep but inadequate assistance was offered to them.
