Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Pink Sands Resort, Harbour Island, Bahamas, during the April 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel.
