Irwin Mitchell is eager to commence investigations after receiving reports of gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers who have travelled to the Marvel Hotel, in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria during June and July 2010.
Reports suggest that holidaymakers have become ill with suspected food poisoning, possibly due to the poor food hygiene standards and issues with the quality of food consumed at the hotel as complaints suggest that the food was luke warm and poorly presented. There are a number of other quality complaints alleged against the hotel and it is reported that the pool and surrounding areas were dirty and that the bins were left overflowing during the night, attracting pests and casing the complex to become littered.
