Irwin Mitchell has received numerous complaints from holidaymakers who holidayed at the Hotel Varshava, Golden Sands, in Bulgaria during August 2010.
It has been reported that the hotel was poorly maintained and that holidaymakers had contracted sickness and diarrhoea, possibly due to the poor quality of food and the lack of hygiene standards at the hotel.
Reports also allege a number of quality issues, suggesting that the hotel was dirty and that the toilet in the hotel room leaked onto the bathroom floor.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
