Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by concerned holidaymakers who are due to travel to the Hotel Victoria Palace, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria in July 2011.
One holiday maker suffered symptoms of stomach cramps and diarrhoea five days into his holiday resulting in him being confined to his room for the remainder of his two week all inclusive break. Other holiday makers have commented on popular holiday review sites suggesting that this is "the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in" and "It was absolutely terrible".
Irwin Mitchell is particularly concerned after receiving reports of illness at the same hotel in 2009. Similarly, it was thought that the lack of food hygiene and handling procedures may have resulted in the illnesses contracted.
