Irwin Mitchell act for a number of clients who travelled to the Laguna Gardens, Bulgaria with tour operator First Choice Holidays and Flights Limited (‘First Choice’).
Clients suffered from diarrhoea, sickness and abdominal pains. Many of the guests complained of poor restaurant facilities, such as undercooked meats and eggs. Clients made formal complaints to the holiday representatives in order to express their concerns.
Irwin Mitchell have successfully agreed to have a settlement meeting with First Choice in order to discuss settlement of these claims.
