Illness at Riu Funana Hotel, Cape Verde
Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for a number of holidaymakers after they have suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after staying at the Riu Funana Hotel in Cape Verde.
It is alleged that large numbers of guests have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness including some instances of alleged bacterial illness after staying at this hotel during the summer months of 2008.
The hotel is situated on the same complex as the Riu Garopa hotel for which enquiries have also been received.
