Irwin Mitchell is worried for holidaymakers travelling to the Kempinski Hotel in Beijing, China, after reading reports of gastric illness at the hotel in March 2011.
Reports have suggested that the symptoms contracted were of a gastric nature and that the food provided by the hotel's restaurant may have been to blame.
It is also alleged that standards at the hotel were poor, with sagging beds and worn out carpets.
