It is alleged that holidaymakers have been affected by a potential outbreak of gastric illness after staying at the Hotel Occidental Allegro Papagayo in Costa Rica in May 2008.
Allegations of breaches of health and hygiene at the hotel are also alleged in addition to complaints of gastric illness.
