Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for passengers who went on Caribbean Cruise on the Costa Fortuna cruise ship in March 2010.
The passengers said that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and vomiting. They also said that they were aware of other guests who were ill.
