Irwin Mitchell has heard reports of illness onboard the MV Oceana Cruise Liner for passengers who travelled onboard the ship in May and June 2011. It is believed that the cruise liner is operated by P&O cruise lines.
Holidaymakers are reported to have made complaints of gastric illness which may be as a result of a breakdown in health and hygiene procedures on board the vessel.
If you also travelled onboard this ship and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell's travel litigation team who specialise in this area of the law, would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to pursue a claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
