Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of holidaymakers complaining of gastric symptoms whilst on board the Oriana Baltic Cruise.
Most recent reports of illness are from November 2011, however we are also currently acting for clients who travelled on board the cruise ship in June 2010 who also fell ill with symptoms of gastric illness associated with suspected food poisoning.
It is alarming to learn that such problems continue on the cruise ship with more holidaymakers falling ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal pain and lethargy. In addition to this, blood has been found in their stools.
