Irwin Mitchell has growing concerns for holidaymakers who are currently holidaying on board the Radiance of the Seas Cruise Liner, operated by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, after receiving reports of gastric illness onboard the vessel during its current voyage, as reported by the CDC website.
It has been reported that the vessel experienced a delayed departure in order for the ship to be cleaned following the outbreak among passengers. The operator had announced the delayed departure as the ship returned to Tampa and was due to set sail on a five day cruise to Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico.
Irwin Mitchell is highly experienced in pursuing cases against cruise liners where there has been a breakdown in hygiene which has subsequently resulted in illness.
If you also travelled on board this cruise and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
