Irwin Mitchell has received reports of further outbreaks of gastric illness on both the Balmoral and Boudicca Cruise ships for passengers who have travelled onboard the Liners in recent months.
Both the Balmoral and Boudicca Cruise liners have been struck by three outbreaks of gastric illness in recent months after a number of passengers on each ship have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness during consecutive cruises.
It is understood that both ships, operated by Fred Olsen Cruise Lines have had specialist deep cleaning procedures carried out following previous outbreaks onboard the vessels but that this has had little effect.
