Irwin Mitchell has received enquiries from holidaymakers who travelled to the Blau Colonial Hotel in Cuba during summer 2008.
It is reported that a number of guests have been struck by an alleged outbreak of gastric illness possibly due to food/water at the hotel.
It is thought that a significant number of guests have been affected and that a range of quality issues in relation to poor health and hygiene standards at the hotel have also been alleged.
