Irwin Mitchell are pursuing claims for holidaymakers who suffered with gastric illness following stays at the Blau Colonial Hotel, Cuba, in July 2008.
There are numerous allegations of poor standards of health and hygiene conditions at the hotel, particularly relating to the quality of the food.
Legal proceedings have been commenced against Thomas Cook, who have admitted liability.
