Guests who stayed at the Gran Caribe Club Hotel in Cuba in July 2009 have reportedly been struck with symptoms of diarrhoea and gastric illness after travelling to this hotel.
It is thought that poor standards of food hygiene at the hotel may have been the cause of the illness.
