Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness at the Hotel Club Kawama Resort in the Varadero area of Cuba.
Holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel in February 2010 are reported to have suffered from symptoms of gastric illness associated with suspected food poisoning.
Other complaints relating to this hotel include mould in the bathroom around the toilet seat, a sewage smell around the hotel complex and bed sheets being dirty and not changed on a regular basis.
