Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Hotel Hotetur Palma Real, in Varadero, Cuba in summer 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers have become ill with suspected food poisoning, possibly due to the poor quality of food and lack of food hygiene standards practiced at the hotel. Initial reports suggest that that holiday makers have become ill with the food poisoning bug salmonella.
If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
