Irwin Mitchell has received allegations reporting gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Melia Cayo Hotel, Santa Maria, in the Dominican Republic during April 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel.
