Illness at NH Krystal Laguna, Cuba

Irwin Mitchell are currently acting on behalf of clients who travelled to the NH Krystal Laguna resort in Cayo Coco, Cuba in September 2008, following which, they suffered from symptoms of gastric illness.

Various allegations have been made in relation to the food at the hotel, particularly that meat was undercooked. It is also alleged that the hotel was maintained to a poor standard.

Proceedings are currently being pursued against the tour operator, Thomas Cook.
