Irwin Mitchell are concerned for the wellbeing of holidaymakers who travelled to the Sol Cayo Coco in Cuba. Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from anyone who has contracted illness or sustained an injury during their holiday at this hotel. The reports are in relation to guests holidaying at the resort in October 2011.
Many holidaymakers have been struck by food poisoning resulting from their stay at this hotel. It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor food hygiene standards and poor quality food served at the hotel.
Reports have informed us of holidaymakers suffering with gastro symptoms in relation to severe stomach cramps associating with symptoms of diarrhoea. Reports have also shown guests suffering with painful ear infections.
Guests who holidayed at the resort explained that the resort appeared neglected and as a result the hotel rooms were filled with dampness. Holidaymakers also complained about the swimming pool and how the water was extremely dirty and never cleaned sufficiently.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
