Tryp Cayo Coco Hotel, Ciego de Avila Province, Cuba

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of a potential outbreak of gastric illness after holidaymakers travelled to the Tryp Cayo Coco Hotel in the Ciego de Avila Province in Cuba in August 2009.

Reports suggest that holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness including diarrhoea and stomach cramps.

A range of quality issues including allegations in relation to the standard of cleanliness at the hotel are also reported.

Irwin Mitchell has pursued claims arising from illness at this hotel in previous years.

If you have been affected by gastric illness following a stay at this hotel, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.
