The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Playa Pesquero, Holguin, in Cuba during their holidays taken in January 2012.
Holidaymakers who were visiting Cuba for the third time third were disappointed with the food served at the hotel, complaining that the standard of food provided in the restaurant was poor. The holidaymakers suffered upset stomachs during their holiday.
It is possible that the illnesses experienced by holidaymakers were due to a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures.
If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
