Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of holidaymakers falling ill at the Paradisus Rio De Oro Resort & Spa in Cuba. Reports relate to holidays taken in January 2012.
Holidaymakers have reported that the food served was of a poor standard, undercooked and repetitive.
Further reports suggest that guests were struck down with diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps which were so severe they were confined to there hotel rooms and therefore ruined their holiday.
It is possible that the illnesses contracted were due to a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.
