The specialist International Travel litigation Team at Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Sol Cayo Coco, in Cuba during their holidays taken in January 2012.
It is also report that many people staying at the hotel had fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness, suspected to be food poisoning. It has been suggested that the food served at the Sol Cayo Coco hotel was often undercooked.
