Irwin Mitchell are concerned after reading reports that holidaymakers are making complaints following their holidays taken at the Cyprotel Cypria Bay resort in Cyprus, during November 2011.
It is reported that there was sickness and diarrhoea throughout the hotel and that ambulances were called out on numerous occasions to ship people away.
