Irwin Mitchell is alarmed to read reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who have recently holidayed at the Gran Bahia Principe Ambar, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic during July 2011.
It is reported by holidaymakers that they fell ill whilst staying at the hotel, possibly due to the food consumed at one of the hotel's restaurants. The nature of the illness contracted may be due to a breakdown in food hygiene and handling procedures.
