Irwin Mitchell is eager to commence investigations after receiving reports of gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers who have travelled to the Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus Hotel, in the Dominican Republic during July 2010.
Reports suggest that holidaymakers have become ill possibly as a result of poor food hygiene standards and issues with the quality of food consumed at the hotel. There are a number of other quality complaints alleged against the hotel.
