Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Iberostar Dominicana Hotel, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, during the early months of 2010.
It is reported that a number of holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel.
