Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst guests staying at the Now Larimar Hotel, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Recent reports of illness relate to holidays taken in July 2011.
It has been suggested that there was a poor choice of food at the resort, that the hot food was served barely warm and the cold food was served warm. It is though that the alleged breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures may have been the cause of the gastric illness contracted by holidaymakers.
If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel.
