Irwin Mitchell has been made aware of complaints of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Sun Village Resort and Spa in the Dominican Republic in January 2009.
It is thought that a significant number of holidaymakers have been affected by symptoms of gastric illness, possibly due to alleged inadequate standards maintained by the hotel. It is thought that a range of further quality complaints are also alleged by guests who travelled to the hotel throughout January 2009.
