Grand Oasis Hotel, Punta Cana
The specialist International Travel litigation Team at Irwin Mitchell have received reports of several holidaymakers having suffered gastric illness at the Grand Oasis Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in January 2012.
Recent reports suggest that holidaymakers have contracted gastric illnesses at the hotel with symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Holidaymakers have complained about the lack of health and hygiene procedures in place to include complaints about the standard of the hotel rooms and of a smell of mould coming from the hotel rooms.
Irwin Mitchell have successfully acted on behalf of a number of holidaymakers who suffered from gastric illness at the Grand Oasis Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in 2009 and are pursuing claims on behalf of other holidaymakers who also suffered illness at the hotel in 2009.
