Claims are being pursued by Irwin Mitchell on behalf of holidaymakers who suffered severe gastric illness when they stayed at the Falcon Hills hotel, Egypt in June and July 2008.
Complaints include allegations that food was served undercooked and that the hotel was poorly maintained.
