Hilton Sharks Bay

Irwin Mitchell is continuing to be contacted by holidaymakers who suffered illness whilst staying at the Hilton Sharks Bay Hotel in Egypt, and more people are continuing to come forward.

Irwin Mitchell is also currently acting for clients who stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2009, as well as fourteen clients who have stayed this year.  We are deeply concerned that tour operators are failing to provide adequate standards of health and hygiene at this hotel to protect clients from illness.

Dozens of holiday makers have had their holiday ruined following their stay at the Hilton Sharks Bay Hotel and shocking reports suggest that food was often served raw and birds regularly ate the food and sat on the buffet tables and plates.  It is reported that guests suffered from symptoms including violent sickness and diarrhoea.

Holidaymakers have posted their complaints on popular review site trip advisor with one guest saying “ the food was some of the worst we have ever eaten” and another complained that “to say I am disappointed is an understatement”

Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

I was determined to pursue my case, and the Irwin Mitchell ITLG team were brilliant.
