Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have recently travelled to the Fort Arabesque Hotel in Egypt, particularly for those holidays taken in May 2011.
Reports would indicate that holidaymakers have suffered illness. The cause of the gastric illness may have been due to the poor quality of food and lack of hygiene standards practiced at the hotel. It has also been reported that food was left unattended for long periods and food was not served at the correct temperature.
Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for holidaymakers who travelled to the Fort Arabesque Hotel in 2009 where a number of guests appear to have fallen ill with unpleasant gastric illness. Having learned of their experiences at this resort Irwin Mitchell has become increasingly concerned about the standard of health and hygiene at this hotel. A number of holidaymakers had contracted symptoms of diarrhoea, severe abdominal pain and lethargy.
There have been many complaints made by customers about the quality and standard of the hotel. These include food being left uncovered in the restaurant areas. There were flies in the restaurant area subsequently landing in the uncovered food. Hygiene issues with regards to food preparation have also been highlighted as a problem.
Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel.
