Irwin Mitchell is concerned to hear that holidaymakers who stayed at the Iberotel Dahabeya Resort in Egypt have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness. It is reported that a large number of guests contracted symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and fatigue. The severity of the symptoms have caused a number of guests to take time off from work upon returning to the UK and to seek medical attention.
Heightening our concern is the that there have been reports of illness at this hotel where holidaymakers reported symptoms of gastric illness and a holidaymaker was confirmed to have contracted E Coli food poisoning. Poor standards of maintenance were also reported along with the hotels poor attitude to hygiene.
