Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holiday makers who travelled to the Luna Sharm resort in El Sid Hil, Eygpt in July 2010 after being approached by eleven holiday makers.
The reports suggest that our clients suffered from gastric illness resulting in diarrhoea and stomach cramps possibly from food poisoning due to the poor hygiene standards at the hotel. Further reports also suggest that there were chipped and dirty crockery in the restaurant and that the swimming pool was mouldy with missing grates.
Irwin Mitchell is now investigating a claim against TUI (Thomas Cook), who sold the package holiday to our clients.
