Irwin Mitchell has been made aware of a potential outbreak of gastric illness at the Paradise Golden 5 Hotel and Beach Resort in Egypt for guests who travelled to the hotel in March 2009.
It is thought that a number of holidaymakers have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to allegedly contaminated food consumed at the hotel.
Guests have also allegedly complained of poor standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel.
