Royal Paradise Resort, Sharm El Sheikh - June 2010

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Royal Paradise Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in June 2010.

It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the poor food hygiene standards at the hotel. A number of quality issues have also been alleged, in particular, suggesting that pest control was poor with cockroaches infesting the rooms of the hotel.

If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be entitled to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 56 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome.
